I have found my relaxed, easy manner relates well to people and having dealt with some of this city’s most astute business people over the years, has equipped me with the ability to clearly understand what is required of me  from both Vendors and Purchasers alike in the  residential sector of real estate.  With the enormous resource and support offered by Bayleys and because the company is family owned, the philosophy  and firm belief in all we do marries well with my own ethic.  As a family man, I believe it is crucial to find the right balance between work and home life ….however, when it comes to the work scenario I remain resolutely  focused, ensuring the task at hand is performed with thoroughness and diligence.  Through well-structured marketing campaigns, my aim is to maximise the value of my clients’ assets in the shortest possible time; that means delivering constant feedback thereby keeping them well-informed. Whilst my commitment is first and foremost always to the Vendor, I take pride in that all  transactions result in happy Purchasers as well.   My continued successes are proof positive that the philosophy and commitment to the approach to real estate marketing I take is “on the money”, as the saying goes.
